The pool area was lovely, and the staff were helpful. I especially appreciated sandra at the kids mini club. she. We are planning to return. the room was spacious with a lovely sea view, it.
The hotel is somewhat dated and needs some modernisation. i noticed a loose shower head, and it fell off when i turned the water off! it hit my daughter. This could be easily fixed.

Fantastic stay with excellent service

The room was super clean, we also got clean towels when needed. I liked the location, it was near shops and restaurants. I also liked that our room was close to the cove and I heard the waves from there. The hotel had a supermarket across the road, it was very convenient.
The hotel needs modernization. There wasn't a plug socket near the kitchen side for the kettle. The shower head was loose, when I turned the water off, it fell and hit my daughter.

amazing stay with sea views

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main area. the staff were friendly and helpful . i especially liked the beautiful view from the balcony. It was a great way to start each day (i took lots of photos!). the hotel was clean, and i appreciated the variety of restaurants and shops nearby.
the soundproofing could be better, as noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway was sometimes noticeable. new windows and patio doors are needed to improve soundproofing. despite this, i managed to have a relaxing stay.

Our terrace was amazing with tons of space and fine views! the room felt so quiet and cozy. Just right for three people. hyper-dino was just across the street, super handy for getting supplies, and i was close to the square for evening shows. we loved the seafront walk into town.

The pool opened late and closed early. this was disappointing since we wanted to explore the island during the day. this schedule made it difficult to enjoy the pool facilities fully. The opening hours felt restrictive.

the grounds are beautiful and the location is great. it has easy access for coaches and taxis. there are many restaurants around. the entire building is very clean. the wifi and air conditioning worked very well. the rooms are quite large and the views are worth the price.
the furniture was a bit old fashioned. the kitchen area was very basic.

the pool is a good size and there are plenty of sun loungers available, so finding a spot to relax is easy. the hotel provides clean towels daily, and the beds are. the area for sunbathing is massive!

the room was spacious, with a lovely sea view! the staff were friendly and helpful. sandra, at the kids mini club, really went out of her way to. i hope to meet her again next year as i am already planning to return.
